Good Morning everyone. I’m learning a new song, and I’d go ahead and share it with you as I’m learning it. There are so many online classes available right now for teachers, so I’ve been trying to just look towards the future.
In the Honeybee class we sing the alphabet, play with it, and make art out of it. We squish it, hammer it, and find it buried in sand.
So here’s the song, and we are going to learn some sounds and sign language. We are going to be singing and moving. Do you remember what sign language is? Sometimes our hands can make a word without making a sound. Our hands will be signing while we make the letter sounds and sing the words.
Do you want to add a visual and make a book of the song to follow along?
I’m still thinking about baby animals this morning. Here’s a rabbit video for Honeybee’s who love rabbits. You know who you are. Have you ever seen a rabbit nibble a dandelion.
Here are some facts about rabbits for you.
I thought I would share a classic rabbit story with you this morning, and then I found a story written and drawn by a four year old. What a fun project inspired by her drawings of Hippily Bunny on index cards.
A pack of index cards and some fresh colored markers can inspire something wonderful.
Have you made your own chalk paint yet? This would be so fun on the sidewalk, and I love the thought of having 12 colors in a muffin tin for mixing.

A Honeybee sent me a recipe for one of the projects that she has really enjoyed while we are at home. Have you ever made puffy paint? Maybe you could try this and show me what you painted.
Put your hands in the air Garden Children. Wherever you are we wish you well.
